Mr.wang nearly lost his wife in an accident, he felt that if the ambulance could be quicker, the situation of his wife would be less dangerous.
As an ambulance driver for five years, Mr.Zhang tells us that often can’t reach the patient on time, due to the traffic jam. Sometimes the deliver of patient can delay rescue the next one. There need more ambulances.
Mr Li said, as a citizen, he is willing to help emergency patients reach the hospital . He hopes he will not be deteriorated if patient's condition out of control on the way.
INSIGHTS
Problems
The ambulance shortage.
The condition of injured get worse when they waiting for the ambulance.
There are voluntary drivers, however, they lack the professional rescue knowledge.
Voluntary drivers afraid of being deteriorated during the rescue.
The role taxi play in the rescue is unstable.
